ICE Fugitive Caught In Chicago « CBS Chicago
The drama started at JFK airport earlier this week however ended this afternoon within the West Loop.

Starbucks workers say it was a quiet arrest.
Federal brokers silently swooped in because the felony was sipping a grande Blonde Roast.
“He paid and informed my barista thanks after which he sat down,” says the Starbucks worker. “He regarded like a businessman to me.”
ICE confirms that brokers misplaced Mbacke when he requested to take a seat a number of rows away from them at his gate on Tuesday.
He was later seen on airport surveillance hopping in a cab.
Nearly three days later Mbacke, who hung out in jail for firearms and weapons crimes, popped up at a Starbucks throughout the road from Union Station.

ICE officers declined to say how they situated Mbacke or if the deportation officers can be disciplined.
The espresso store workers are relieved the arrest was peaceable.
